What to expect ?


Ulcinj is mainly visited because of the sunshine and it's sandy beaches made of the smallest grains of grayish sand. The clean clear sea water whose transparency is 56 m deep measured in Ulcinj (the deepest on the Adriatic coast) and a mild coastal climate, makes our town the best place for tourists to enjoy themselves.

In addition to sunbathing, swimming and " crazy " nightlife, there is plenty to do if you enjoy hunting, fishing, spear fishing,surfing, botanist, archaeologist and more.

Our Long Beach is a great surf destination.

During the season, from May to October, Long Beach attracts kite surfers from around the world. Should you want to learn kite surfing and plunge into the adventure with the wind and waves, go to Long Beach where you will find several schools.

Visit the unique beauty of Ulcinj's fortress whose walls rise directly from the sea. The Old Town with its Cyclop walls, towers, gates and loopholes. Do not forget the museum where ancient and valuable objects are kept.

In the vicinity of Ulcinj is Sasko Lake 364 ha, unique in its beauty calm and rich in fish. On the lake coast there are ruins of the " dead city " of Svac. It is said there were as many churches as there are days in a year.
